  • No ATV's allowed on the property

2010 Rates: $1,800 a week
  $300 a day with a 5 day minimum
Cleaning Fee: $50

July 25 - 31  (July rentals must be paid in full by May 15th)
August No Vacancy
September 1 - 30

This vacation rental  requires a $300 deposit to hold reservation.

Deposits are non refundable after May 1st.

Deposits, less $100 processing fee, will be refunded providing that notice of cancellation is received prior to May 1st. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved.

Reservations made for July must be paid in full by May 15th.  All other reservations to be paid in full upon arrival.

All homes are NO SMOKING, NO PETS.

Please note that we do not accept credit cards.

Year-in-advance reservations not accepted.
