Round out your afternoon enjoying "tea time - Colorado style" on your veranda overlooking the river.

Sleeps 8 people: 2 bedrooms (1 king, double & queen), 2 bathrooms, full kitchen including microwave & dishwasher. No phone, no TV.

Polite pets welcome for an additional charge of $10 per week.

Rates: $1,200 a week up to 4 people / $180 per day
  $1,400 a week up to 6 people / $215 per day

All properties require a $200 deposit to hold reservation.

We do not accept credit cards.

Deposits, less $75 processing fee, will be refunded providing that notice of cancellation is received 45 days prior to arrival date. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved..

Reservation to be paid in full at time of arrival.

Year-in-advance reservations not accepted. 

All homes are NO SMOKING, NO PETS.
