May - September $1,300 a week
  $215/night with a 5 night minimum
  plus $50 cleaning fee on a 4 night stay
  $235/night with a 2 to 4 night minimum
  plus $50 cleaning fee on a 2 to 4 night stay
October $1,000 a week
  $175/night with a 5 night minimum
  $185/night with a 3 night minimum
  plus $50 Cleaning fee on a 3 night stay
November - December $800 a week
  $125/night with a 5 night minimum

This vacation rental  requires a $300 deposit to hold reservation.

Deposits are non refundable after May 1st.

Deposits, less $100 processing fee, will be refunded providing that notice of cancellation is received prior to May 1st. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved.

Reservations made for July must be paid in full by May 15th.  All other reservations to be paid in full upon arrival.

All homes are NO SMOKING, NO PETS.

Please note that we do not accept credit cards.

Year-in-advance reservations not accepted.
