All properties require a $200 deposit to hold reservation.

We do not accept credit cards.

Deposits, less $25 processing fee, will be refunded providing that notice of cancellation is received 30 days prior to arrival date. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved.

Reservation to be paid in full at time of arrival.

Year-in-advance reservations not accepted. 

All homes are NO SMOKING, NO PETS.
