All properties require a deposit to hold reservation.

We do not accept credit cards.

Deposits, less $75 processing fee, will be refunded providing that notice of cancellation is received 45/60 days prior to arrival date. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved.

Reservation to be paid in full at time of arrival.

Year-in-advance reservations not accepted.
