Please note with regard to Hall Realty Vacation Rentals:

Most properties require a $300 deposit to hold a reservation unless otherwise noted.

Deposits minus a $100 processing fee will be refunded providing that notice of cancellation is received 30 days in advance of cancellation. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved.

All reservations to be paid in full upon arrival.
- Check-in is 4:00 p.m.. Check-out is 10:00 a.m..

Year in advance reservations are not accepted.

All properties require a cleaning fee that will be included in your final invoice.
