Please note with regard to Hall Realty Vacation Rentals:

All properties require a $300 deposit to hold a reservation.

Deposits are non refundable after May 1st.

Deposits minus a $100 processing fee will be refunded providing that notice of cancellation is received prior to May 1st. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved.

Reservations made for the month of July must be paid in full by May 15th. All other reservations to be paid in full upon arrival.

Year in advance reservations are not accepted.

Cleaning fee is $50 unless otherwise noted.
