The single room cabin offers beautiful mountain views and near waterfront setting along the Lake Fork of the Gunnison River.  Nice, quiet, country feel yet located close to Lake City.

2024 Rates:

• $525 a week up to 2 people
• $80 per day with a 5 day minimum during month of July
• 3 night minimum during months of May, June & September
• $40 Cleaning Fee

• August:  11 – 31
• September:  1 – 30
