You mentioned welcoming any feedback regarding this transaction, (and I will include the transaction of selling our home in Lake City as well)…We don’t know how you could improve your services in any way.
One of the main things that we and I’m sure most people appreciate is when we call and you are available you take our calls right then. But if we do not connect right then, you get back with us within a reasonable amount of time via phone call, text, or email. This means a lot.
Also, we appreciate you guiding us through things we didn’t understand and assured us when we needed assurance.
There is a lot more to be said of your professionalism. It’s obvious you like your job because you are good at it.
We consider you a friend and please don’t forget us.
